For many years, Jeff and Deänna have been involved in teaching missionary kids at the Christian Academy of Guatemala. Recently, they have returned to Guatemala after a year furlough. They continue to serve at the Academy but will spend less time doing so as they have felt God leading them to focus on Guatemalan church growth and maturity. They will work toward that end through ministry with short-term teams, lay-leadership Bible training and the development of worship styles and music for Guatemalan churches.

Jeff and Deänna have four children - Erin, Alec, Kelli, and Kassen.
